Hydro-vac excavation is used as a safe alternative to mechanical excavation in order to prevent damage to buried utilities & allows crews to excavate safely while navigating buried facilities such as oil & gas lines, energized lines, water-mains, sewage pathways, and communication lines.

Founded in 1971 to provide services in concrete construction, renovations, design/build contracting and construction, as well as, construction of buildings for both the industrial and commercial markets.
In more recent years we have devoted most of our energies to the public utility business, working for companies such as Commonwealth Edison, Metra and NIPSCO
In addition, Utility & Industrial has performed as a subcontractor for companies such as Ruiz Construction, Ringland Johnson and HEI Utility Contractors
